കാബൂള്‍ | താലിബാന്‍ ഭരണം പിടിച്ചതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ആഭ്യന്തര സംഘര്‍ഷം രൂക്ഷമായ അഫ്ഗാനിസ്ഥാനില്‍ കുടുങ്ങിയ 222 ഇന്ത്യാക്കാരെ കൂടി നാട്ടില്‍ എത്തിച്ചു. ദോഹ വഴിയും, താജിക്കിസ്ഥാന്‍ വഴിയും രണ്ടുവിമാനങ്ങളിലാണ് ഇവരെ ഡല്‍ഹിയിലെത്തിച്ചത്. ദോഹയില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള വിമാനത്തില്‍ 135 പേരും താജിക്കിസ്ഥാനില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള വിമാനത്തില്‍ 87 ഇന്ത്യക്കാരും 2 നേപ്പാളികളുമാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.
ശനിയാഴ്ചയാണ് 87 ഇന്ത്യാക്കാരെ പ്രത്യേക വ്യോമസേന വിമാനത്തില്‍ കാബൂളില്‍ നിന്ന് താജിക്കിസ്ഥാനില്‍ എത്തിച്ചത്. അവിടെനിന്നും എയര്‍ ഇന്ത്യ വിമാനത്തില്‍ ഇവരെ ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ എത്തിച്ചു. കഴിഞ്ഞ കുറച്ചു ദിവസങ്ങളായി കാബൂളില്‍ നിന്ന് ദോഹയിലെത്തിച്ച 135 പേരെയാണ് മറ്റൊരു വിമാനത്തില്‍ കൊണ്ടുവന്നത്.

രക്ഷാ ദൗത്യം തുടരുമെന്ന് വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയം അറിയിച്ചു. കാബൂളില്‍ നിന്ന് 107 ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പൗരന്മാര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ 168 യാത്രക്കാരുമായി വ്യോമസേനയുടെ പ്രത്യേക വിമാനം കൂടി ഡല്‍ഹിയിലേക്ക് യാത്രതിരിക്കുകയാണെന്ന് വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രാലയം വക്താവ് അരിന്ദം ബാഗ്ചി ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു.
“Evacuation continues! IAF special repatriation flight with 168 passengers onboard, including 107 Indian nationals, is on its way to Delhi from Kabul,” tweets MEA Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi.
